Legs. Use Your Legs.

Here’s a healthy tip :  Legs. Use Your Legs…Walk… use the flight of stairs… Legs. Use Your Legs.

I was on the first floor waiting for the elevator. I was tired. I was in a bit of a hurry. Standing next to me was a healthy looking lady. She appeared to be in her mid-thirties. The elevator arrived. I smiled at the lady as we walked in. Now, what pissed me off was how she quickly pushed the button to get to the second floor.
That’s one measly flight of stairs.
The staircase is right next to the elevator.
In plain view.
Out of curiosity, as she stepped out of the elevator, I looked to see which unit she was heading into. She went into the one right next to the staircase.
If I wasn’t such a nice guy, I would have stepped out of the elevator and yelled at her for being so lazy.
We have legs, ladies and gentlemen. We should make good use of them.
Other people won’t be as forgiving as me.

Everybody is individual and unique and you are no exception.
